Hi, I’m Amy, founder of The Cwtch Club, and I’m so happy you’re here!
If you’ve ever found yourself wanting to go to an event, try a new experience, or even just grab a coffee—but hesitated because you didn’t have someone to go with—then you’re exactly who I created this community for.
No woman should ever feel lonely or like she’s missing out on life simply because she doesn’t have a ‘tribe’ of her own.
And that’s where The Cwtch Club comes in!
A Little About Me…
I’ve had a wonderfully varied career, from working in the civil service to running a campsite, making ice cream, working in hospitality, retail, and even butchery! But through all of those experiences, one thing remained constant—I’ve always believed in the power of connection, community, and shared experiences.
I consider myself calmly adventurous—I won’t be hiking to Everest Base Camp anytime soon, but I love trying new things and stepping outside of my comfort zone (in a way that feels right for me). And that’s exactly what I want for the amazing women who join The Cwtch Club: adventure, connection, and a sense of belonging—without pressure or expectations.
Why I Created The Cwtch Club
The idea for The Cwtch Club was born when I realized how many women, including myself, wanted to go to events and try new experiences but didn’t always have someone to go with. I kept seeing posts on social media from women who felt isolated, longing for a tribe of their own. The truth is, life is too short to wait around for the perfect moment or the perfect company—sometimes, we have to create those moments ourselves. And so, The Cwtch Club was born.
What The Cwtch Club is All About
This is a space for women over 40 to truly find their people—a group of like-minded ladies who love everything from simple coffee catch-ups and dinner dates to weekend getaways and adventurous travel. It’s about rediscovering joy, experiencing new things, and having a supportive community of friends to share it all with.
